Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join one of our clients' sites located in Lara VIC. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work a flexible schedule. Our client is well known in the grain industry and offers competitive pay rates and overtime.

This is a casual role with the opportunity to work a flexible schedule. Our client is well known in the grain industry and offers competitive pay rates and overtime.

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria**:

- Hold a current loader ticket and excavator ticket;
- Hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Civil Construction
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Be flexible to working a rotating roster on 12 hour shifts

**Qualities we look for**:

- Reliable
- Awareness of standard OH&S policies and procedures
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- To work in a timely manner and meet expectations
