Customer Service Representative – Aviation Call Centre (Full-Time Casual)
Mascot, Sydney | Full-time, Monday to Friday | Contract: Now through December 2025, with potential extensions.
Hourly rate $36 - $37 an hour plus super

Our client – a leading name in the airline industry – is seeking enthusiastic and dedicatedCustomer Service Representativesto join their call centre team located at their corporate head office in Mascot, Sydney.
This full-time casual contract runs from now through to the end of December, with potential for extension into 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the travel industry's busiest season, helping customers with their journeys during the Christmas holiday period.
About the Role
As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, supporting them with:
Logistics/freight andfreight forwarder experience is highly desired
Handling disruptions and assisting with rebooking
Answering general queries and providing timely, accurate information
Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
You'll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same
What We're Looking For

Availability to workMonday to Friday, full-time hours
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strongattention to detailand accuracy in handling bookings

Confidence in usingMicrosoft Office applications
Aproactive mindsetand solution-oriented approach
Experience working inhigh-volume call centres.
Highly Regarded Experience
Previous experience inaviation customer support
Familiarity withSalesforce,SAP, or similar CRM/call centre platforms
