Temperature-Controlled Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead our team in a temperature-controlled facility.
Ensure high standard operations of the warehouse, including container unpacks and empty returns.
Manage inventory at correct chilled / frozen / ambient temperatures.
Coordinate order fulfilment, receiving & dispatch activities within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead and motivate a team of 4-5 storemen.
Monitor due dates & lead times.
Maximise delivery by meeting customer deadlines.
Prioritise orders for release in line with delivery due dates.
About You
Minimum 3 years experience managing a 3PL facility.
Experience running a temperature-controlled facility.
Staff management experience.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience (preferably Cargowise1).
