We have an exciting opportunity to join the People Operations and Advisory team in the newly created role of Manager People Advisory. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of centralised generalist advisors to provide consistent and quality advice to managers and team members throughout the employee lifecycle across the Wesfarmers Health Division.

**About the Role**:
The Manager People Advisory will contribute to the development of strategic and tactical solutions and work with people team and business stakeholders to provide advice, counsel, coaching and support in all areas of Tier 1 people queries, employee relations, modern award and National Employment Standards interpretation, payroll and entitlements, team member benefits, policies, procedures and processes.

- Be customer focused with an ability to work with a range of people at all levels
- Have expert knowledge of modern awards, employment legislation and National Employment Standards
- Be confident, resilient, commercial, and have a practical approach to people practices, balanced with passion that drives engagement
- Have extensive experience in People & Capability, Employee Relations, People Advisory
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
