As the organisation continues to grow and evolve, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic risk & compliance specialist to support the delivery of risk management, assurance projects and initiatives for the frontline retail distribution network.

Reporting to the Chief Growth & Experience Officer, this first line risk role is responsible for supporting the delivery of risk management, assurance projects and initiatives for the Bank's frontline retail distribution network, as well as providing regular reporting and oversight on the effectiveness of risk management in the department. You will monitor and oversee the operational risk framework and procedures on behalf of Member Growth & Experience, report on Member Growth & Experience's Risk profile and overall risk maturity, and provide training and coaching to the frontline retail distribution network on operational risk practices/ program and help uplift risk management capability. In this critical first line role, you will provide proactive advice, oversight and challenge to business stakeholders to support them discharging their operational risk responsibilities.
