Our Patty Smashers don't spend their days forging precious metals, like your regular blacksmiths, they spend them creating our signature blend Wagyu and Angus beef patties and sandwiching them between layers of 100% fresh Aussie ingredients.

We are continuing to perfect our craft and with this we want more people to be part of this journey.

As Team Member, your role will involve;
- Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness
- Represents Pattysmiths in a positive manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all operating, opening and closing procedures are followed,
- Representation of the Pattysmiths values: Authentic, Genuine Hospitality, Integrity and Passionate.

- High standard of food preparation and productivity,
- Keen desire to learn and provide great service,
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure,
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.

**Salary**: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
