Australia Macchina Espresso Full time

**Individual requirements**
- Have at least 1 years experience in busy café.
- Be able to prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and other cold beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes
- Offer great customer service by warmly welcoming customers, taking orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
- Serve meals to customers and handle orders using our POS cash register when needed
- Keeping the work area clean and organized, including wiping down counters, sanitising equipment, and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General barista and coffee making duties
- Prepare and assemble fresh sandwiches
- Open and Close Duties
- Undertaking day to day cafe duties
- Provide customers with excellent service
- Maintaining standard hygiene standards

**What we are looking for**:

- 1 year previous experience as a café allrounder to be considered
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Cafe All-rounder
- Ability to work as a team player
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
