We are seeking a confident and service-led Property Manager to lead day-to-day concierge operations whilst supporting the Director of Residences with the onsite exclusive letting portfolio.As the Property Manager, you will be leading the concierge and resident services team, as well as having administrative oversight of residential leasing and tenant relations.

In this role, you will:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the exclusive onsite letting service.

• Support resident onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation.

• Manage tenant move-ins/outs, inspections and general liaison.

• Assist in ensuring all letting activity aligns with brand standards and building expectations.

• Lead the Concierge team and oversee daily concierge operations, escalating building matters where needed.

• Coach and mentor the front-facing team in service standards, discretion and brand alignment.ABOUT YOUWe are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated professional who has an ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
