What You'll Do: Lead the design, architecture, and development of mobile apps across iOS and Android Lead the mobile platform practice, uplift 'ways of working' and instill an understanding of mobile platforms across the greater team Oversee the full mobile development lifecycle—from coding and testing to deployment and optimization Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering innovation and collaboration What You Bring: Proven experience as a Mobile Lead, Architect, or similar role Strong expertise in React Native (TypeScript) iOS development (Swift / Objective C) Android development (Kotlin / Java) Relevant programming languages, such as Swift/Objective-C, TypeScript) CI/CD Pipeline (GitHub Actions / Fastlane) Experience with mobile platform build tools and performance optimization, including DevSecOps practices Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Deep knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies Accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
