SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for a passionate, skilled Customer Analyst - Loyalty to join our Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
**_ About the role_**
The Customer Analyst - Loyalty, reporting into Senior Analyst, supports the Customer Insights & Strategy team by harnessing quantitative and qualitative data, delivering insights which identify opportunities to improve customer visitation, increase spend, as well as overall business profitability.
This newly established position is responsible for the extraction, transformation and analysis of data, mostly in relation to Loyalty member and business unit databases. The focus areas of this role include post-campaign analysis and reporting, customer targeting for marketing initiatives, the creation of reports and dashboards and any ad hoc customer analysis as required. This role will be crucial in the design of promotions and events, defining our target audience, the structure of the loyalty program and the shaping of marketing and business strategies.
Working closely with multiple departments, including marketing, gaming, hotel and food and beverage, our new Customer Analyst -Loyalty will assist in driving business performance.
**_ About you_**
Your background in Business or Marketing will be broad, customer centric and fast-paced, coupled with excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail and overall knowledge of marketing communications processes. You will have excellent prior experience analysing data and identifying opportunities for further development and business growth.
Previous experience within the entertainment/casino industry and/or experience working with loyalty programs will be highly desirable (but not preferred), coupled with the below strengths:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to role, statistics, data analysis, marketing preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a marketing or similar role
- High level of professionalism, with excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess exceptional numeracy skills
- Have an opportunity mindset, experience turning data into clearly defined opportunities and recommendations
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with code is advantageous
- Able to work autonomously in an efficient manner and collaborate ideas effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Be confident using data findings to make recommendations to team and stakeholders
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
