**Junior Vehicle Detailer / Assistant (Prep Team)**

Are you passionate about cars and take pride in your work? We're looking for a motivated Junior Vehicle Detailer to join our growing prep team at Karbon Industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with some of Perth's newest vehicles, helping prepare them for **ceramic coating, tinting, car wrapping, and paint protection film (PPF).**

This position is the **starting point of a long-term career** in automotive protection and styling. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and eventually grow into a specialised technician role in one of the following fields:

- Ceramic Coating Application
- Window Tinting
- Car Wrapping
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Wash and safely clean vehicles with industry-standard techniques
- Perform paint decontamination (iron removal, clay bar treatment, etc.)
- Support technicians during ceramic coating, tinting, wrapping, and PPF jobs
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Learn and develop hands-on skills that will form the foundation of your future role

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and care for vehicle presentation
- No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in developing a career in vehicle protection and styling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Manual driver's license preferred but not essential
