By removing the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople enables its clients to focus on its customers and thebusinessof banking.The RoleThe Product Management team is accountable for the end to end performance of the lending product suite ensuring it meets its customer goals, legal and regulatory obligations and operational targets.
The Lead Product Manager (Lending) will work closely with a cross-functional team across Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design and more, to ensure successful delivery of our lending product roadmap.
You will contribute to defining the vision and strategy and growing key strategic areas of the lending product suite.What You'll DoContributing to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your strategic domainAssessing the competitive and market landscape to inform decision-makingDetermining, developing, measuring, and analysing metrics to drive insights, inform the roadmap and iterate toward the best outcomesContribute to cross-functional teams and direction to long-term strategic planning to address complex business issuesEvangelising the product both internally and externally, guiding products through the development process, and advocating to achieve the best outcomesContributing to scaling a best-in-class Product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, and impactWho You AreExperience as a product manager for regulated lending products in the Australian market or experience as a product manager launching B2B/SaaS productsExperience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentationA bias towards action and an ownership mindset, and working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight usersExperience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignmentCut through ambiguity to produce strategic insights and opportunitiesStartup experience is valued highlyApplication process:If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, select the 'Apply Now' button below to submit your cover letter and resume.
