As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your leadership will help drive sales, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in overseeing store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Support with rostering, staff training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

About You:Experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
