Senior Cloud Engineer Position
Location: Sydney
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-based CI/CD pipelines for Iaas and PaaS on AWS.
Work with Gitlab, Nexus, and Hashicorp Vault tools to enable major programs to deliver business value.
Develop and maintain enterprise-level cloud engineering capabilities using DevOps experience on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud infrastructure and services.
Implement logging and monitoring tools like Open Telemetry and Cloud Observability – Lightstep.
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices build, and API Swagger design.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, delegation, and time management skills.
Experience with unit/integration and Non Functional testing.
Good knowledge of object-oriented design (OOD) principles.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT discipline.
Mid-Senior level expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, and software development.
Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and its related services.
