About the role

Based at any of our head office locations, this permanent, full time Skills Development Lead Role reports to the Manager Operational Excellence Academy and will form a key influence in the Operational Enablement Function that focuses on supporting process efficiency and compliance, customer experience enhancements, financial returns for the enterprise and improving the employee experience.

The Operational Enablement team also provides insights to enable leaders to manage their capacity in line with workload requirements, review standard work-practices and take a future view on the management of the workforce

You will focus on design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning in relation to services delivered as part of the Operational Enablement Department. You will focus on coaching and induction processes across all channels and across all brands. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders within Customer Enablement and you will identify development needs in line with business strategies to achieve quality and specialised customer service.

You will work closely with other members of The Operational Enablement Department to review opportunities to support the Bank to become more productive and efficient. You will also work broadly across all business units to ensure a good understanding of workplace practices and how new frameworks and support can be implemented.

This role will require flexible working hours to meet business needs and interstate travel as required.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Demonstrated experience in process improvement projects or ActiveOps
Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching
Knowledge of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank systems, processes and procedures is desirable
Deep understanding of process improvement activities
Deep understand of ActiveOps requirements
Understanding of the channels and markets the Bank operates in
Deep understanding of coaching principles or adult learning principles
