Are you up for this?
- Turn up the volume on your career and be responsible for managing all event & meeting spaces
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
- Manage the department's banquet enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
- Manage the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations
- Understand guest requirements, demonstrating your open thinking and expression to anticipate our guest needs
- Be a vibrant and self-expressive leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Set the vibe by planning and executing team building activities so our talent feel's part of Aloft's open and vibrant work environment
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Banquets department
