We're Hiring **Certificate III holders** for Sydney location.

**About The Role**

In this role, you will work as a Nurse or as a member of the clinical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will provide high-quality nursing and supportive care to all patients and clients who access health services. You will assist patients with their daily living activities and also be responsible for performing delegated tasks to support the clinical patient care teams.

**What are we looking for**:

- Certificate III Qualifications in Nursing or Age Care
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour, and conduct
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Company-funded pre-employment medical

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting clients with personal care, including showering, bathing, eating, meal preparation, grooming.
- Supporting clients to attend and actively participate in appointments and social activities.
- Observe and report any changes in client health or behavior.
- Be aware of safety issues and report hazards in the working environment or work equipment.
- Domestic assistance including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, emptying bins fridges, and freezers, as outlined in the client's care plan.
- Establish a rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and their support network to achieve positive outcomes within a consumer-directed care model.

**Salary**: $30.33 - $41.48 per hour
