**The opportunity:
The Commercial Analyst will assist in the delivery of the reporting and planning function across our Health services (HS) business. This involves supporting the completion of month end results, commentary, forecast and budgeting process and providing analytical support across the teams.

This is a permanent full time position in Melbourne. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

**How will I help?**
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting for shared deliverables. Including completing month end processes, as well as assisting with profit and loss reporting, dashboards and associated commentary
- Work closely with other team members in understanding their process and deliverables to provide support where needed across HS Finance team
- Assist in the planning cycle including formal budget and forecasting processes across Health Services
- Prepare analytics to support HS Corporate, and other HS areas, including cost analysis, project reporting and monthly reviews with the Health Services Commercial Manager

**What do I need?**
- Finance/Business Degree Qualified
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 1-2 years experience as a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or Management Accountant in a large complex business is desirable
- Big 4 Accounting/Finance experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Requires high attention to detail and the ability to build out and deliver structured timelines
- Well-developed skills in business partnering and effective collaboration
- Strong written communication skills
