Organization, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care are essential.Hours of Operation:Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pmEvery 2nd Friday: 8am - 2pm (with potential to expand to every Friday)Responsibilities:Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionallySchedule and confirm appointmentsAnswer calls and respond promptly to inquiriesProcess payments and keep accurate financial recordsAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopyingExperience:Minimum 1 year dental experience (required)Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)Reception/administrative experienceWork hours: 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation based on experience.
