Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Deliver lectures, seminars, forums, workshops/practical sessions and tutorials, both online and on campus using innovative learning and teaching practices- Prepare, review and update teaching materials as identified by the Program Director or in response to quality measures- Draft, review and update assessment tools, set and mark assessments and examination papers where needed- Conduct student assessment and ensure academic processes are adhered to assess student submissions throughout the study period providing good quality feedback in keeping with policy- Determine the final result for each student and submit the results to the Program Director in the required format by the results deadline in preparation for the exam committee- Participate in validation and moderation activities as requested by the Program DirectorWe are looking to fill two full time permanent roles, one based in Sydney (Ultimo Campus), one based in Melbourne (Flinders Campus). Both role offer hybrid work environment. Whilst we offer flexible working arrangement, this is not a remote role.

Who you are

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Preferably a PhD in Information Technology or related fields. A Masters qualification is the minimum requirement.- Demonstrated relevant industry experience.- A demonstrated track record of high-quality teaching in IT or related field.- A demonstrated commitment to work collaboratively in a team environment- A commitment to personal growth and continuous professional development.- A high service ethos towards students to support their learning.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
