Retail Store Manager - Albury NSW/ACT
We're on the hunt for aRetail Store Managerto lead the #GhandaGang in Albury, NSW.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and train a team of up to 10 team members
Drive Ghanda values with your store team
Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise return on floor space
Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
About You
Demonstrated leadership experience; leads from the front, empowers their team, and aligns with our organisational values
Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
Experience in a retail or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we value the right attitude
