Our client is seeking a dedicated OT to join our small, supportive team delivering high-quality, client-focused care for adults with physical disabilities in their homes across the Central Coast.

Sponsorship offered - for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: Assess and prescribe Assistive Technology, daily living equipment, and home modifications Develop personalised treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and reduce risk of injury Work closely with clients to understand their routines and provide practical solutions for daily challenges Collaborate with the team to deliver a friendly, professional, and client-focused service
Ideal Candidate: Experienced in community-based occupational therapy, ideally with NDIS clients Skilled in assistive devices, home modifications, and functional independence strategies Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Passionate about helping clients live safely and independently at home If you want to work in a role that truly makes a difference while being supported in a flexible, high-quality environment, we'd love to hear from you
