**Job title**: Rehabilitation Consultant - OT/Physio/EP - Newcastle, NSW

**Salary**: Excellent pay (based on experience) + Super + Bonus + Incentives

**About the role**:
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:

- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Providing evidence-based psychological interventions
- Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills. Including but not limited to Initial assessments to form a diagnosis, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment and Vocational Assessments for injured workers.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health or Health Sciences, or a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
- Clinical knowledge of pathologies
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- A current drivers' licence and access to their own vehicle
