As our **Quality & Supplier Engagement Lead**, you will ensure our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction. **A few of your responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily HACCP audits on incoming products
- Collaborate with the Warehouse leadership team on audits and onboarding of new suppliers
- Ensure the B2 warehouse and loading docks meet all HACCP standards
- Monitor product expiry dates, quality issues, and maintain accurate reporting
- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure all staff are trained in HACCP procedures
- Liaise with suppliers and chefs to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, safe delivery and storage of goods

**What we will be looking for**:

- Certified Food Safety Supervisor and HACCP Auditor with strong knowledge of food safety legislation
- Experience in a food production or hospitality environment with an understanding of food microbiology
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
