**The Role**:
We are seeking to expand our sales team and attract a capable individual with the professionalism and
**passion to excel and become an integral part of a fantastic Retail Sales Team.**

Previous experience in a sales capacity, particularly within the
**tile or stone industry** is desirable. Equally suitable are individuals with retail experience, a strong work ethic and a great attitude who can establish and maintain relationships with the goal of maximising project sales opportunities.

**The Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and achieve your sales targets
- Develop trusted relationships with each client to ensure you are the first choice supplier.
- Grow the sales portfolio from retail clients and outbound proactive contact.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and relevant product ranges.
- Assist with maintaining high presentation standards in the Signorino Showroom.
- Outstanding sales ability, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional attitude and great work ethic
- Ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
- Effective negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for Saturday work
