**About the Role**
We are seeking a driven and culturally savvy **Trade Account Executive** to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for managing key B2B relationships within the tourism and hospitality sectors, with a particular focus on the Mandarin-speaking market. You'll drive trade engagement and sales growth through strategic account management and collaborative marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with trade partners, including travel agents, wholesalers, tourism boards, and hospitality providers, particularly those servicing Mandarin-speaking markets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Deliver engaging product training, roadshows, and sales presentations—in English and Mandarin
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns and promotions
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insight-driven reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

**About You**
- 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, trade, or account management role, ideally within tourism or hospitality
- **Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-first and cross-cultural mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver on sales targets
- Understanding of Chinese travel trends and distribution channels is highly regarded
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
- A passion for travel, tourism, and creating memorable guest experiences
