Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Weigh Line Operator** to join our **Processing team in Sorell**. In this specialist role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate bird processing, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

If you are self-motivated, can work independently, and have strong attention to detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment. Previous experience is preferred but not essential — we provide full on-the-job training

**Daily Tasks**
- Operate the Chick Weigh Line to ensure correct birds and bird numbers for each drop
- Accurately record day-to-day processing operations and performance data
- Make informed decisions about product quality and consult with technical teams as needed
- Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement projects
- Follow work instructions and ensure equipment is ready for start-up
- Assist with equipment maintenance and prepare for production changes
