**The Role**

To perform all ceiling and wall duties on-site as requested by Service Department and Site Supervisor.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited too:

- Complete allocated service requests, maintenance and call-backs efficiently and on schedule
- Assess issues accurately, report findings with evidence and carry out effective on site repairs
- Aim for first visit resolutions using proper tools and techniques with high quality workmanship
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients and team members while maintaining professionalism
- Follow all safety, reporting and admin procedures, including site checks and compliance paperwork
- Protect client property and leave all work areas clean and tidy
- Maintain a clean, stocked and compliance service vehicle ready for all job requirements
