**Our Family**:

- A warm and vibrant family in Mosman is seeking a confident and proactive after school family assistant to support their busy household and two school aged children (aged 8 and 11). This position is ideal for someone with strong initiative, excellent multitasking abilities, and a genuine love for working with older children. Children: Son (11): Energetic and friendly, enjoys soccer, gaming and thrives on routine. Needs gentle reminders to stay fuelled throughout the afternoon. Daughter (8): Outgoing, creative, and loves gymnastics, music and chatting. Needs support with focus, tidying, and homework routines.

**Your Duties**:

- Duties Include: School and/or bus pickups Supervision of homework and reading Transport to/from after school activities (vary term by term) Preparing nutritious, substantial meals (not basic snacks) Light household tasks: unpacking bags, lunch boxes, laundry, tidying kitchen/living spaces Proactive home management (e.g. grabbing milk if low, noticing and actioning small tasks without needing to be asked) Role Details: Location: Mosman Start Date: Monday 21st July 2025 Days: 3 afternoons per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) Hours: Approx. 2:30/3:00pm - 6:00/6:30pm (4 hours on Tuesdays; 3 hours on other days. Total of 10 hours per week) Commitment: Ongoing, long-term placement preferred

- Who We're Looking For: Someone reliable and mature, not too young or too senior, with a strong sense of initiative and independence Prior experience managing a household or working in a home environment with multiple responsibilities Comfortable managing a busy after school routine with shifting sporting schedules Holds a valid driver's licence and own vehicle Long term commitment only - university students, international visitors, or those with competing jobs may not be suitable
