**Qualifications**Cert III in Aged Care/Disability**Preferred Skills**Certificate lll in Aged Care/Disability* Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care* Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care (or similar)* Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours.
* A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current drivers' licence* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents.
* First-aid & CPR Certificate* Australian Police Certificate
