Overview
General Practitioner - Salary or Contractor Available at Your Community Health (YourCH).
We are seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner to join the Medical Services team on a full-time or part-time basis.
You may work within and/or alongside one or more of our General Practice and Specialist Clinics, aligned with your areas of interest.
Introduction: At YourCH, we provide medical, dental, allied health, social support, Aboriginal Health, and Trans and Gender Diverse healthcare.
Our purpose-driven approach focuses on community development and addressing health inequalities.
Responsibilities
Provide high quality, appropriate primary care services including management of acute illness
Work with the community to increase their capacity to make choices to enhance their health and well-being
Refer patients to other providers within YourCH and external services
Advise and respond to medical/health problems of patients, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, and treatment
Role Details
Reporting to the Acting Medical Services Manager
Full-time and part-time options available
Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration
Fellowship with RACGP or equivalent
Experience with primary care and/or sexual health medical services
Sensitivity to the needs of marginalised people and their ability to access services
Specialist Areas and Clinics

Lymphoedema clinic
Pharmacotherapy clinic
Refugee Health clinic
Specialist Paediatric Development and Behavioural clinic
Trans and Gender Diverse Health clinic (gender-affirming care)
Vitamin D clinic
