• Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education and demonstrate effective witness to faith.

• Show a genuine enthusiasm for education and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

• Ability to establish and maintain respectful, positive relationships with students, staff, and families, fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.

• Experience in supporting students with diverse needs, including behavioural, social, and emotional challenges.

• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Willingness to actively participate in school initiatives and events, and a commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
Qualifications Required Certificate IV is desirable.All employees of Catholic Education Western Australia are required to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.
