We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our National Distribution Centre in Melbourne, Australia's Western Suburbs. You'll work with our Distribution Operations Manager in leading the operational success of the distribution centre while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. **As a Warehouse Manager at Brosa, you'll get to**:

- Provide direction and leadership to ensure all activities are carried out following established procedures and safe work practices.
- Ensure safety standards are met and that an Emergency Response Plan is properly implemented and maintained.
- Maintain best practices in storage area utilisation, adhering to best practices and recommending improvements.
- Ensure our facilities are compliant with OHS requirements and overseeing high standards of equipment/machinery maintenance.
- Establish policies, procedures, and processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all areas of the Distribution Centre operation.
- Facilitate inbound and outbound stock movement with both internal and external teams to meet our key focus on facilitating accurate and on-time customer deliveries that meet delivery KPIs.
- Supervise regular stock counts and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Work with external freight companies and Brosa's customer service team to solve issues and delivery & stock-accuracy issues.
- Help facilitate the forward planning of labour requirements in order to meet KPIs and coordinate, manage and continuously review the performance of all resources to ensure service and productivity standards/ targets are met.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of experience working in logistics/supply chain with a minimum of 2 years leading a high-performing team.
- Exposure to inbound, outbound and freight forwarding.
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and delivering tangible business improvements as well as operational capacity.
- Strong leadership,problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous management experience with both full time and casual employees.
- The ability to work in a small, agile team with ambitious growth targets.
- Previous experience in eCommerce / retail supply chain is preferred.
- Experience with customer support ticketing platform (such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Jira support) is also preferred.
- An understanding of OHS and WorkSafe Regulations.
