We adopt a people-first approach, as we recognise the future of technology is about more than just innovation – it's about making it work for people.We're looking for a Digital Business Analyst who has strong Integration skills to join our growing team in Sydney.Your usual BA responsibilities will include the following:Work closely with clients or project team to understand their business needs, analysing processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technologyAnalyse processes and requirements to produce detailed user stories and detailed documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutionsDrive stakeholder engagement through owning, documenting and presenting detailed information and workshop facilitationWork with various technical and business teams and senior leaders as appropriate, to drive delivery based on best practices, standards, and Agile methodologiesThe strong focus on Intergration skills and experience will require the additional skill set around:Understanding current integration workflows - On-Prem\Point to Point\Manual ProcessAble to translate business needs into technical specifications and workflowsApply data modelling for transformation logic using a common data modelDefine Integration Service Catalogue including, Sequence Diagrams, High Level Test Cases, Data mapping templates and transformation rulesIdentify entity relationships, data quality rules, and dependenciesIdentify re-usable integration patterns and common eventsDocument business rules, validation conditions, and transformation triggersVery desirable would-be knowledge of Azure Integration Services or Common Integration Messaging Patterns.Our future is our people, collectively we are our greatest strength and our most valued asset.We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse group of talented individuals who provide experienced project and design capabilities to drive an empathic, people-first approach to digital Innovation.
