**Position Overview**:

As an EziCleaner, you won't just be cleaning houses, but making a difference in the lives of our clients.

This role requires someone who is passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of our clients. This role is critical in helping individuals maintain their tenancies and in transforming homes to be ready for long-term in-home aged care.

This role includes:

- Bond Cleans
- Forensic Cleans
- Squalor/Hoarder Cleans
- + More

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform deep cleaning tasks to prepare properties for stringent inspections, ensuring clients retain their tenancies.
- Specialise in adapting homes for long-term in-home ages care, ensuring environments are safe, hygienic and comfortable.
- Navigate through tough and complex cleaning jobs with a non-judgemental and open-minded approach.
- Work closely with property managers, clients, and support workers to ensure all cleaning tasks meet specific needs and standards.
- Use mobile technology effectively for communication, scheduling, and report writing.
- Create and submit clear and concise reports, detailing property conditions before and after service, as well as documenting work completed.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo a police background check (specific disqualifying criterial will be provided, not all records may affect employment).
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Blue Card and Yellow Card.
- Valid driver's license. Reliable transport is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a non-judgemental and open-minded attitude.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities, working effectively with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Covid-19 Vaccinations.
- A demonstrated desire to help and positively impact the lives of others.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Previous experience in bond cleaning or similar roles.
- Understanding of the specific cleaning needs associated with in-home aged care preparations.
- Capacity to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and various job requirements.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
