Responsibilities
Manage consistent customer satisfaction and develop people to meet restaurant goals
Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
Drive team achievements and contribute to restaurant objectives
Support ongoing training and development for team members
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member
A happy, energetic and enthusiastic personality, even under pressure
Leadership skills with experience in developing successful and engaged teams
A natural ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
A positive attitude towards all tasks, duties, and responsibilities
A passion for driving team successes and contributing to store goals
A desire for progression and career opportunities
