- A real passion for cars
- Committed to learn and become a qualified Panel Beater and 4 year apprenticeship
- Strong attention to detail
- Well developed communication skills
- A strong work ethic, and be efficient, honest, reliable and punctual
- A Drivers licence is preferred

This is not a role based in a dusty, oily smash repair shop, with cars that are crushed and bent. You will be repairing and preparing high quality used vehicles for sale, so if you love the aesthetics of cars or into custom cars, this is for you. It's all about making cars look their best.

**You will have the chance to learn a broad range of skills including**:

- Learning to determine the nature and extent of damage to a vehicle so it can be repaired
- Finishing techniques including filling and sanding of panel surfaces
- Learning the latest techniques for repairing metal, fibreglass and plastic bodywork of vehicles
- Understand how to cost a repair against re-sale value of the car
- Repairing a wide range of makes and models
- Working on a wide variety of vehicles, makes and models
