EligibilityOpen to EveryoneDepartment for Health and Wellbeing – Public Health – Blood, Organ and Tissue Programs (BOT)Multiclass – Full Time / Term Contract up to 2 YearsSalary Range: $108,109 to $116,864 – ASO7Salary Range: $110,696 to $120,470 – PO4Overview:Responsible for providing high-level support for:The development of organ and tissue related services;The implementation and maintenance of the regulatory functions related to oversight of Schools of Anatomy;The strategic management of programs and projects concerning the supply and use of blood and blood products.These functions will support the development of State-wide policies and programs that promote good clinical practice, optimal use of donated blood, organs, and tissues, and fulfill State Government obligations under national agreements and relevant legislation.For PO4:The incumbent will also provide advice to the unit, the Department, or other stakeholders in areas related to health science and related fields, as requested.Appointment to the classification will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience.The South Australian public sector encourages diversity and flexible working arrangements, including part-time work.
