Ongoing work for the right people Work with industry leaders Competitive Rates Dash Group is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a range of urban development and civil construction projects spanning the Gold Coast region.As a Multi-Skilled Operator with Dash Group, you will play a crucial role on site, operating a range of mobile plant machinery including skid steers, excavators, loaders, and more with precision.
This is a hands-on position that may also include manual labour and site support tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities: Operate a variety of mobile plant machinery (skid steer, excavator, loader, etc.).
Detailed Excavator Operating (Final Trim) Use a range of attachments for skid steers & excavators.
Assist with site preparation, earthworks, and material handling.
Perform manual labour and site support duties as required.
Work collaboratively with other trades and labour teams to meet project deadlines.
Follow all site safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements: White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Essential.
Tickets/VOC for Skid Steer & Excavator – Minimum requirement.
Additional tickets/qualifications (e.g. Loader, Roller, Dozer, etc.) – Highly regarded.
Proven experience operating machinery on civil or urban development sites.
Ability to perform detailed operating works in various machines.
Ability to perform manual handling and physical labour tasks.
Drivers license, Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
