Our** Hazelmere** branch is seeking a new Off Highway Administrator. As the **Off Highway Administrator**, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers and suppliers. You will play a vital role in providing support to the Off Highway Department. This will involve effectively coordinating service tasks between customers and technicians to ensure the timely completion of all work in progress (WIP).

Your responsibilities will also include improving cost recovery on jobs and optimizing the invoicing process for enhanced efficiency. By implementing strategies to track costs accurately and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

- Capable of working without supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, office equipment such as, but not limited to: Printers, PC & Telephone Systems
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
