Role Overview

**Waiter/Waitress**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for service
- Assist with guest enquiries and provide excellent customer care
- Work closely with the team to create a smooth dining experience

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

**Bartender**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Engage with guests at the bar and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory control
- Work with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience essential
- Valid RSA certificate
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
