TeamKids is a leading provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia, dedicated to exciting, engaging, and entertaining children before school, after school, and during school holidays.Job DescriptionThis permanent, part-time role offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry.
You will be supported by a Director of Service to ensure you have everything needed to succeed.Service Location:Hunter Valley Grammar School in Ashtonfield, close to transport.
The service operates within beautiful gardens, sharing space with the school ELC.
It features a purpose-built environment, a strong team, and a great reputation.The Successful Candidate:Caring, organized, and an effective communicator.
The ELC Coordinator will lead setup and pack-up of zones, creating a warm, engaging environment.
You should be able to align with processes and maintain high standards of professionalism.Previous experience in early childhood settings, before and after school care, or education is preferred.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a fun, energetic attitude.Confident communicator with children, parents, staff, and school principals.A team player with problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.Relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
