basis to join our team located in
Brisbane CBD.
About the role
The role of a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the George Williams Hotel.
What will my time look like?
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
Good understanding of security measures and procedures
Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
Maintain a high level of customer service
Support in-house laundry requirements as needed
Am I a good match?
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices
Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment
Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience
Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements
Paid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
