TheirCare is Australia's highest quality Outside School Hours Care provider who specialise in high intensity programs. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and schools and pride ourselves on providing a supportive, inclusive and safe environment for all.

We are currently seeking disability support workers to join the team at our high-intensity specialist locations in Geelong. If you are an enthusiastic and fun individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, this is the role for you.

**The Role**:

- Deliver amazing child focused programs for school aged children in a high intensity setting
- Be involved in fun, inclusive and engaging activities for children of all ability levels
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
- Join in on unforgettable holiday programs
- Extensive training, onboarding and ongoing support provided

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the childcare and disability support sector is favourable
- Willingness & flexibility to travel
- Flexible with hours and availability ready to move within our service locations

Throughout our onboarding process, we can support you with obtaining the relevant compliance documentation for the role, including WWCC, First Aid, Mandatory Reporting & Food Handling Certificate.
