Scope is one of Australia's largest providers of disability support services. We have over 70 years' experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Day and Lifestyle Options.

**We celebrate people**
- 1x Permanent Part-time position located in Bendigo
- You will work in a tight-knit team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence
- You will be available to commit to the fixed roster line (see below)
- Total of 61.5 hours per every 4 weeks: Roster Line.docx
- Work in a homely environment with a tight-knit community of fellow support staff and clients
- You will support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centered approach

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose - to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To recognise the contribution, you make to the lives of our customer, we offer a competitive remuneration package that includes options for:

- Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax free in addition to your standard tax-free threshold for salary)

**We act bravely**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
