**Ventia's Whole of Government Facilities Contract** provide a range of specialist cleaning services to industry, government and commercial businesses. We're hiring a **Test and Tag Technician** to ensure electrical equipment testing & tagging is up-to-date and meet safety and quality standards.
- This role involves frequent travel across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter, and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight travel (twice a year).

**A day in the life**:

- Test and tag various equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaners, buffers, chargers) to ensure compliance with regulations (AS3760).
- Coordinate with operations for high-volume and scheduled testing periods.
- Maintain accurate records of tested equipment and report required repairs via company systems.
- Store out-of-commission equipment and update relevant platforms with tag dates and equipment status.
- Manage servicing, calibration, and storage of test & tag equipment, ensuring cleanliness.
- Maintain stock of consumables for testing and tagging.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence required.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance and Working with Children Check.
