Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations as Pharmacist in Charge
Ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare services and patient care in line with professional standards
Collaborate with a friendly, dedicated team to support community care
Utilise modern pharmacy tools and robotic dispensing technology to optimise workflow
Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional requirements
Manage daily scheduling and operations to maintain efficient service levels
What You Bring / Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration
The right to live and work in Australia
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
Empathy, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset
Employment Details
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Banora Point, Queensland
Hours (availability)
Tuesday 8am – 8pm
Wednesday 12pm – 8pm
Friday 9am – 8pm
Saturday 8am – 5pm
