Our client is seeking a commercial Buyer with the confidence and experience to implement strategies. They are the go-to for all apparel and accessories related to contemporary coastal culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage a deep understanding of your customer to identify current and emerging trends which shape and influence product development.
- Source and develop new and exciting brands, incubate ranges, create brand experiences and leverage great relationships with both our branded suppliers and vertical designers.
- Develop a compelling product and brand offer that differentiates our client from their competition.
- Commercially manage stock flow, whilst delivering a high-performance and profitable brand matrix
- In conjunction with the marketing and visual merchandise teams, develop effective and relevant communications to the consumer.
- Through your leadership, develop and foster strong and mutually beneficial long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful:

- Minimum three years' + experience at a Buyer level.
- Understanding of the Menswear market.
- Great influencer, strong negotiator and outstanding communicator in both verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills and a depth of experience in consumer insights and research.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor and supplier management.
- Strong experience in managing high profile brands
- Degree, Tertiary or Fashion qualification is highly desirable
