Job Title: Advanced Options TraderWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Options Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in options trading, market making, and risk management.
Analyze historical data to refine trading strategies and identify new opportunities
Design, implement, and execute profitable positional option strategies
Manage risk and oversee trading for the desk's options books
Our team is looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about options trading and has a strong understanding of the options landscape. If you have experience working with systematic or semi-systematic trading strategies, we want to hear from youThe successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with developers and the commercial team to improve overall trading performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to both strategic decisions and hands-on trading operations.
Required Skills:
Strong grasp of options trading concepts, including market making, positional systematic trading, and derivative strategies
At least four years of experience in the trading industry, ideally managing a profitable options book
Hands-on experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and/or crypto trading is strongly preferred
