**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Retail Team Member based in Mandurah. We are seeking career orientated professional to learn all facets of the business, including Trade Sales, Design and Customer Pick Up. This position involves working as part of our collaborative store teams, reporting to the Store Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assisting with loading customer orders
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Whilst experience is great, your reliable attitude and personality could be what sets you apart

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturday's. A competitive remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the successful applicant.**
